Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, you can expect the following:

Processing time: 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday
Transit time: 3–10 working days, Monday to Friday
Total estimated delivery time: 4–12 working days
Order cut-off time: 6:00 p.m. CET

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures or extreme weather conditions.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO boxes or restricted areas.

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions in accordance with German regulations or the restrictions imposed by the shipping carrier.

6. Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, an incorrect delivery address or an undeliverable parcel, the order may be returned to us.

In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by email at info@lily-harry.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
